H07 Footundeez from Capezio is a foot thong which is worn to protect the  ball of the foot. H07G is made from a 4 way stretch, breathable Nylon  and Lycra Spandex powernet with a suede pad under the foot and comes fitted with a gel layer for extra padding. Footundeez  are highly recommended for modern or lyrical dance.
